These pickles are very good, surprisingly good. They pack a powerful kick, peppery with lots of garlicky-sour flavor, almost like a cross between a standard dill pickle and a giardiniera. I recommend serving them sliced as a side or a burger/sandwich relish.

The pickles just taste somewhat bland and peppery to me. They lack that tangy/sour flavor that real dill pickles have and they garlic (which is not in genuine dill pickles) but not nearly enough to make them taste like kosher dill pickles (my absolute favorites).
The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of none is because they are at least a starting point for me.
When I open a jar, I drain some of the juice and add in some cider vinegar, lots of garlic, more dill, and a pinch of alsosalt. I also cut the pickles into spears so they'll absorb the flavor faster.
It's easier and quicker than making pickles from scratch.

Thank You Healthy Heart Market for the WONDERFUL new NO SODIUM Dill Pickles!! My Husband and I both enjoy these very much. We have been eating VERY LO-Sodium for several years. To have DILL Pickles back in our diet is huge! We slice them on sandwiches or as a snack by themselves. We serve them at parties and everyone enjoys them- they are amazed when we tell them there is NO SALT in them! We have given them as gifts too! They are truly amazing flavor packed treats and are very grateful for them!! Please keep them coming HHM!
