United StatesI like mixing this with Tommy Ho's Yum Yum sauce to use as a slaw sauce. I also use this same mix with your chopped no salt bread and butter pickles, scallions, and no salt added tuna fish for a simple meal. Two parts Yum Yum, one part Alberto's, and a little EVO makes a nice salad dressing.

United StatesI ordered a bunch of these because I put this relish on so many things. It's great on a tuna salad sandwich, hamburger, meatloaf sandwich, any sandwich you'd put a pickle on. Good in an omelette, on a taco-cheese or meat, in place of salsa on a no-salt tortilla chip for a change. Flavor is so often sacrificed in a low sodium diet, this relish brightens the taste of lots of bland foods. I buy the hot, but it's not that spicy. It is sweet, but savory as well--there's a good balance. It's almost impossible to find, and it's not inexpensive, but HHM's price is good in comparison to Amazon and Alberto's own website. With a shipping discount promo you can't go wrong. The multiples I ordered arrived safe and sound, packed well.
