I have used this in several baking recipes and everything tastes the same. It is a great help to have products that are virtually salt free.

I recently ordered the Featherweight Baking Powder. My grandmother, who lives with us, has Congestive Heart Failure. Having her around has made all of us
more conscience of how much salt we consume. As a result, we as a family are attempting to reduce our overall consumption of sodium. As a recent pastry
school graduate, I was concerned about trying to replace traditional baking powder with the sodium free version. Would there be an unpleasant chemical
aftertaste? Would the texture of my baked goods suffer? All the items I have made so far have been stellar in quality! Pancakes, cornbread, biscuits, all
have been perfect! Moist, tender and flavorful. They taste EXACTLY the same as when I use traditional baking powder.
I would not hesitate to use this product in a professional setting and I will never go back to traditional baking powder at home. On behalf of my
grandmother, and our family, thank you for this product. It has made it pleasurable for my grandmother to eat again. (No more not being able to eat the sweets she loves due to high sodium content.)It has made it fun for me to bake for her again, knowing I am not giving her something that will harm
her. As a pastry chef, I am excited to be able to offer a lower salt alternative to customers who might otherwise not be able to partake of the goodies that are so central to life celebrations!

Works fine...but be ready to put in oven as soon as mixed as mixture will thicken. I have used this in cake, cookies, cornbread, biscuits, pancakes, etc. and have had good results each time. I use the amount called for in the recipe.
