Bernard Ber-No-Lac Lactose-Free Beverage Mix is Cholesterol Free and Very Low Sodium. This product can be used as a beverage, on cereal, for cooking and baking. The product comes in a powder and below are the simple directions to prepare it.

One Quart Mixing Directions:

Bring one pint water to a boil. Remove from heat. measure out 2/3 cup of Ber-No-Lac and pour into a 2 quart measure. Add water and stir until powder is dissolved. Then add cold water to reach the 1 quart level and stir again. Let stand until cool; then cover and refrigerate before serving. For faster cooling, you may substitute ice cubes for part of the cold water.

Single Serving Directions for 8 Ounces:

Use 5 teaspoons of Ber-No-Lac to 3 ounces of hot water and 4 ounces of cold water as directed above.
