Our all natural Vegi Soup Mix is made from an exceptional blend of delicious ingredients. We combine wholesome green and yellow split peas, barley, lentils, and flavorsome alphabet pasta bits made from wheat flour, spinach, and tomato.

Basic Cooking Instructions:
Rinse 1 cup mix and place in a large pot with 4 cups water and 1 tsp salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer, cover and cook until tender, about 60 minutes. Add vegetables and seasonings as desired, then serve. United StatesVery easy and very good. In fact, I followed the veggie soup recipe on the package, and it came out just right. I will be buying again!
United StatesI just made this tonight. I used the recipe on the back of the package. Instead of vegetable broth I used roasted garlic by Knorr and chicken bouillon by Herbox, both low sodium. Will definitely reorder this. The package makes quite a few meals with 1 package, fyi.
United StatesThis is the second time I’ve ordered this. It is great. I’ve used it in several of my homemade soup recipes giving me more fiber and veggies. The mix is salt free but whatever recipe you use will determine how much sodium you actually wind up with.
