San Francisco Thai Golden Peanut Soup. All Natural Ingredients, Gluten Free, and Very Low Sodium.

What You Need:

6 cups Chicken or Vegetable Broth (48oz)
1 cup Creamy Peanut butter (Click Here to View a Low Sodium Option)
2 cups shredded, cooked chicken (8-10oz)

Here's what you do:

In a 3 or 4 quart pot, bring broth to a boil. Reduce heat and stir in soup mix.
Return to a simmer, cover, and cook for 15 minutes.
Stir in peanut butter until thoroughly blended.
Add chicken and continue cooking, covered, on low for 10 minutes.
Turn off heat, let stand for 5 minutes, stir, and serve.

My favorite soup (ever).

I used to be able to find this soup in my local grocery stores. Lately I cannot, but was so happy to find it through Healthy Market (note - I could not find this flavor on Amazon, so thank you for carrying it!).
