The Best Salt Subsitute
Jarrod (Cole) 4/13/2013 7:13 PM
I have tried other salt substitutes and they had an almost metallic aftertaste to them. Morton's does not have this aftertaste. I have used it to season everything I would normally put salt on and it works like a dream, you just need to add a little more than you usually would as the taste is not as strong as real table salt. I also used this to make my own ketchup that taste better than any brand ketchup on the market. And with the ketchup I make my one BBQ sauce that ended up only being 67mg of sodium for the entire batch of BBQ sauce. I highly recommend Morton's salt substitute to anyone on a low sodium diet.
