Tips for Storage:Refrigerate after purchasing
FedEx Home Delivery, USPS Priority Mail, or Express Saver must be selected as the shipping method when purchasing tortillas. If SmartPost shipping method is selected (average of 6-10 days transit time) we will ship the order as is, but you assume all risk of the item arriving thawed out. We will NOT issue refunds in this case.
Item is kept frozen in our warehouse and will be shipped to you in thermal wrapping to keep product cool in transit. If your order is placed Thursday or Friday, your order will be held until the following Monday to ship (this is to avoid the cold items from sitting in warm delivery trucks over the weekend).

Microwave:Place one tortilla in the microwave for 20-25 seconds on high or until warm.
Skillet or Griddle Method:To warm and soften, place tortillas on at a time in a medium hot ungreased skillet. Heat each side 10-15 seconds until warm and soft

United StatesI ordered no-salt pickles because my doctor advised not to eat sodium. Yet by ordering your no-salt pickles, I exchanged one evil— salt, for another evil—sugar. The tortillas gave me nausea and really foul smelling farts. It could be because they should’ve been cold (refrigerated) when delivered, but instead they were room temperature when I receive them. I had to discard both products.

When I buy any other tortillas from the store my enchiladas taste blah! These are so flavorful and make all the difference. I’ve read negative reviews that say they break apart easy when you roll them. They do break easy but I’d rather have it taste good then achieve a perfect roll.
