Where Do We Ship?
Healthy Heart Market ships to addresses in the United States and throughout the world. The shipping charges published on this site are for shipping Fedex Home Delivery or Smartpost within the continental United States only. Requests for shipments other than through Fedex Home Delivery or Smartpost will be charged a $3.00 handling fee plus actual shipping charges.
For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, APO, FPO, and Puerto Rico, actual shipping charges plus a $3.00 handling fee will be billed to the customer, as a separate charge to their credit card than the original order, so that actual shipping costs can be determined. We have found that sending the order via US mail is the best way to ship to these areas. You may use the U.S. Postal Service's website www.usps.com to estimate the cost of your shipping. For international orders, actual shipping charges plus a $3.00 handling fee will be billed, and you may also need to pay duty fees when the package is delivered.
The shipping rates for U.S. Domestic packages are based on the dollar amount of the order.
0-$10 is $6.50,
$10.01-20 is $7.50,
$20.01 to 30 is $8.50,
$30.01-40 is $9.45,
$40.01-50 is $11.45.
$50.01-70 is $12.95,
$70.01-100 is $16.95,
$100.01-$125 is $21.95,
$125.01-$150 is $23.95,
$150.01-$200 is $25.95,
$200.01-$250 is $36.95,
$250.01-$300 is $49.95,
$300.01-$400 is $74.95,
$400.01-$500 is $99.95 and $500.01-$1000 is $149.95.
Orders over $1000 are based on the weight of the package and will be billed at actual cost plus a $3.00 handling fee.
Healthy Heart Market reserves the right to ship Fedex Home Delivery or Fedex Smartpost or US Postal Service where we deem appropriate based upon size/weight of the package and the distance to be shipped. Typicall packages under 9 pounds will be shipped using Fedex Smartpost. When using Smartpost the U.S. Postal Service delivers the package to you.
We are currently shipping on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, but if you have an urgent need OR IF YOU REQUIRE OVERNIGHT SHIPPING, please don't hesitate to call.

If your shipment is damaged please contact us and the shipping company, usually Fedex, right away. All claims for damaged or unusable goods must be made within 5 days of delivery. Please note that we can not refund shipping costs.
