Directions on packet:

Place in medium saucepan 1 pound boneless, skinless, chicken breasts and 1 1/2 cups water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until chicken is tender (about 20 minutes)
Remove chicken from water and shred or dice. Return chicken to water.
Add Williams Chicken Chili Seasoning Mix, 1 can (15-16oz) Great Northern Beans with liquid, and one can (11-15oz) White corn, drained. Stir well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes, Stirring occasionally. Salt to taste, if desired

Yeah No Salt

I just love that I now can make red chili with not salt in it and have the option to add my own salt. People with CKD and other health problems have to watch their sodium intake and this season pack really helps out a lot with putting together chili quickly. Thank You!!!!!

Great

My dad really likes this. Sometimes adds a little low salt ketchup & says it’s like chicken stew. The add in possibilities are endless. I really like to use the seasoning packets for other dishes also. A great starter base.
