Best ever, if only you could get it!

This is absolutely the BEST salt substitute ever. I use it in and on everything, from cakes, cookies, bread, meats, pasta, sauces. I've been using it for over two years, and after trying every other salt substitute on the market, nothing can touch it for tasting the most like salt. But, I'm worried the company itself may be in trouble because it took them three months to fulfill my order for five bottles the last time I ordered directly.

Too bad its so hard to get now. Anybody know what stores if any sells it? Have ordered it from AlsoSalt but still waiting since Apr.07 and cant get any response from them by email or phone.

This is the BEST salt substitute I've tried. Like the other reviewer I noticed AlsoSalt is in Heinz NSA ketchup, so when I found it here I tried it. Way better than what is available at my local grocery store. It has a decent 'salty' flavor with little aftertaste. It works best in food, not on it (such as on tomatoes).
Best salt substitute on the market

I've been using AlsoSalt for about six months now, after noticing it was what Heinz is using for their no-sodium ketchup. AlsoSalt is significantly better than the other salt substitutes I've tried (NoSalt and NuSalt). Although it still has a slight metallic/bitter taste, AlsoSalt works much better in recipes than the other substitutes; instead of being overpowering, the metallic taste is generally only noticeable as a slight aftertaste, if at all. (This might seem like damning with faint praise, but trust me, it's a HUGE improvement over the way NoSalt/NuSalt make everything taste like sucking on a penny.) The "saltiness" of AlsoSalt isn't quite as good as traditional table salt - it still tastes a bit flat. Still, it's the only salt substitute I've found that can stand on its own, or with just pepper, as a seasoning. It would be great if it came in larger packages. 2.5oz goes pretty quick when baking/cooking.
