United StatesI've been eying this product for a while and finally bought some. This is one of those classic substitutions, take the salt out and add sugar. 2 grams per teaspoon. This is not listed in the ingredients above, but it is on the jar. It the sweetest mustard I've ever tasted. I'll use it occasionally and see how it goes. I can see myself getting rid of most of the jar.
