What You Need:

1lb. Ground round
1 Tbsp. Oil
4 cups beef Broth (32oz.) (Click To View Beef Broth)
1 can(10oz) tomatoes with green chilies (Click To View Ro-Tel No Salt Added)
1 T. Worcestershire Sauce (Click To View Robbies Worcestershire)
Optional: Dollop of sour cream on each serving

Here's What you Do:

In a 4-quart pot, heat oil over medium high heat.
Crumble and Brown Ground Beef.
Stir in goulash mix. Add Broth, Bring to a boil, and then reduce to a simmer.
Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Stir in Tomatoes and Worcestershire, cover, and continue to simmer for 20 Minutes.
Place in bowls with sour cream on top and serve!
Freezes well, if prepared ahead.

Good flavor

Since being put on a severely restricted low salt diet, it has been a challenge to find food that has some flavor to it. This soup mix is flavorful and filling. We will definitely reorder.

Frontier soups

These soups are great. You can add anything to it and it is sodium free which is great for my DH whom is on a very low sodium diet. I will buy again and recommend these soups to others.
