Healthy Heart Market Stir-Fry Mix-0.61 oz.

Directions: 12 oz. linguine (or Rice), 1 lb chicken breast cut in strips, 1 large green pepper cut in strips, 1 large red pepper cut in strips, 1 bunch scallions cut in 1" pieces, 2 T. cornstarch, 3 T. Vegetable oil, 1/2 T. Sesame oil.

Stir Fry Sauce: 1/2 package Healthy Heart Market Stir-Fry Mix, 6 T. Soy Sauce, 2 T.  rice wine vinegar (or white wine vinegar), 2T. Dry sherry (or white wine).

Cook linguine until al dente, drain and toss with 1T. vegetable oil. Meanwhile, add 1 T. vegetable oil to a large hot wok or skillet. Stir-fry vegetables until heated through and just limp. Remove. Shake chicken strips with cornstarch in a bag until pieces are coated. Stir-fry 2-4 minutes or until lightly browned. Return vegetables to pan and add sauce. Stir-fry 1 minute or until heated through. Remove from heat and stir in sesame oil. Pour over linguine. Mix and Serve. Makes about 10 - 1-1/2c. servings.
