Stove Top Instructions
  1. In a large saucepan with tight fitting lid, bring 2 cups (16oz.) of water to a boil.
  2. Add 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil or butter (optional), then 1 pkg. Vigo Yellow Rice, stirring while boiling for 1 minute.
  3. Cover Saucepan tightly. Reduce heat to simmer, cook 20-25 Minutes.
  4. Serve.
