Mrs. Dash Salt Free Taco seasoning is a very good product. We have been using it for a little over a year. It not only works with beef, but also with chicken or refried beans. Tasty tacos with no salt. Good for folks on the DASH diet.m

You can do better

tastes good, however I was looking for salt and sugar free. This does not show sugar on the nutrition label but it is in the ingredient list. Also, it has maltadextrin in it which is bad.
