Healthy Heart Market ships all across the US and worldwide. We offer a variety of shipping methods for you to select from between USPS, FedEx, and now UPS.

For International orders:UPS and USPS will be able to live calculate the costs for your order. When it comes to delivery time, an estimation will be provided at check out, but that does not factor in any hold ups or delays with Customs. You will be automatically emailed with your tracking information when the order ships out.

For Domestic orders: You will be able to select from a variety of shipping methods from FedEx, USPS, and UPS. You will be able to see their costs and transit times online before placing your order. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and how far the package needs to travel from Minnesota. We also ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.

We ship Monday - Friday. If your order is placed on Friday, then it will be going out the following Monday! If there are back ordered items on your order, it may be held for shipping. We strive to get your order out within 24 hours of being placed (unless placed over the weekend).

You will be able to enter in your email address to be notified when a product you're interested in is back in stock. We always do our best to keep everything in stock, but unfortunately there are some things out of our control. Such as production delays with manufacturers, etc.

We always do our best here at Healthy Heart Market to package your orders to prevent any damage. Unfortunately, it can still happen in transit with the carriers. Should anything arrive damaged please contact us within 5 days of delivery so that we can get the claim processing right away with the applicable carrier (FedEx, USPS, or UPS) For damaged items, we will provide a credit, either in the form of a refund or a gift certificate for your next order.

Due to health safety, we cannot accept any returns on products.

We always aim to get your order out within 24 hours of you placing it (unless ordered over the weekend). We offer 500+ low, no sodium and unsalted items. Always be sure to consult with your physician or doctor before making any dietary changes. We provide all up-to-date nutritional information online so you can view it before ordering.

We are constantly checking the labels of our products to be sure that all nutritional information and ingredients are the same. If changes are made then we update the website immediately. If sodium content increases, then we will potentially remove the item from our product list. Should you receive an item with inaccurate Nutritional Information, contact us immediately so that we can remedy the situation. We know how important and vital it is to our customers to have up-to-date and accurate information.

We will always be sure to include allergen warnings, storage instructions, or any other information that is printed on the product label.

We are constantly checking and rotating stock in the warehouse to be sure that you do not receive anything that is close to expiration. If something is within a few months of expiration, we will clearly state that on the website and offer it to you at a discount.

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We do our best in the warehouse, with multiple people checking the orders, but there is the rare case that it happens. Should you receive the wrong product we will reship you the correct item. There are a couple of options in regards to the incorrect one you received. You can request a return shipping label or we can offer it to you at a discounted price to keep the item.

All the prices in our product catalog and on the website are subject to change. We will make every effort to honor published prices found in printed catalogs, but changes can happen due to circumstances beyond our control.
