Return Policy

  • Due to health and safety concerns, we cannot accept any returns or issue refunds on opened/used items.
  • If there is damage to your order - dented cans, broken glass, punctured bags, etc - please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will be able to issue a refund for the damaged items back to the payment method used on the order (credit card, PayPal, etc).
  • For returns on any unopened items, you need to contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will only accept returns on items ordered in error or for orders that are no longer needed. In these cases, the customer will have to cover the return shipping costs. Once the item is received (and verified to be unopened or have no damage) then you will be refunded for the cost of the item back to the method of payment used on the order (credit card, PayPal,etc.)
  • If you received an incorrect item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery and we will ship you the correct item ordered. We will either send a prepaid return shipping label for the incorrect item or we will offer you a discounted cost to purchase the item should you wish to keep it.
