Directions Using Fluid Milk:
Measure 1/2 cup skim milk (or ice water) into mixing bowl. Add 3 level tablespoons (3/4 oz) Whipped Topping Mix. Using a whip attachment, slowly mix until powder is wet, about 1 minute. Scrape down bowl and beaters. Gradually increase speed on mixer to high speed. Beat for 3 minutes. Cover and refrigerate.
*Note: for thicker, richer topping, use skim milk in place of water.
For Diabetics: a 2 tablespoon serving may be considered a free exchange.
