Great if you like ginger. Not so great if you don't.

Was really hoping that this would serve as a good substitute for the regular sodium-laden steak sauces out there. But no, sorry, it doesn't. At least not for me. There's an overwhelming metallic ginger taste to it that just can't be ignored. And, sure enough, a quick check of the ingredients turns up...GINGER.
