Since we cook low/no sodium meals, it takes a special something to add flavor. This soy sauce does it. We've made Mongolian Beef a couple of times but this is the first time we had this soy sauce to add to it. It was so good, I had 2nds.
Tastes good, but you better buy two. The lid is designed to make it easy to pour, but if you knock the bottle over the soy will flow out like a river all over your table, counter, or refrigerator. You're going to need two because you will lose one to spillage.
