    Pancake mix

Very good tasty pancakes. Did not make the quantity stated on package. Had to double amount of mix but my pancakes might have been bigger. Ordered a 2nd package. Very good

    bisquick replacement

i decided to try this differently than pancakes, since i make my own homemade low-sodium pancakes. there is no low-sodium bisquick, so i decided to use this in a casserole that called for bisquick....it worked! i added a couple of eggs, and i think it is great in my "cheeseburger casserole" as the bread mixture. worth a shot, and i will continue to buy and use!
