I used to work at a deli and found potato pearls I quit using real potatoes cuz these tasted like real potatoes. one Thanksgiving I use these instead of real potatoes no one could tell the difference then I couldn't find them in the stores anymore. These are a little different. These are close enough I'm so glad found these!

Potato Pearls 3.55 lbs.

Excellent product. Figured out the ratio of water to Potato Pearls for 4 servings and they came out perfect. Smooth, tasty, and very fast to do, and they are very low sodium. Always have low sodium mashed at our fingertips potatoes now. Thank you!

The potatoes taste like potatoes cooked from scratch. Very good and quick and easy. Only thing is price-rather expensive for convenience.

A great product for your money. A little bit of these pearls goes a long way for a family of 4-5 and great for large gatherings. Love the wax 'milk carton' type of packaging. Keeps the product dry and prevents bugs from getting in. Highly recommended. Thumbs up.
