I make a lot of chip and veggie dips for different events and finding a low sodium onion soup mix allows me to eat them more often. I honestly couldn’t tell the difference in the low sodium one and the regular onion soup mix once I had it in my recipes. Thank you

Typical grocery stores don't make it easy to eat healthy food, but Heart Healthy Market can be counted on to bring quality, salt-free items at reasonable prices. This soup mix is one such example. It helps me stick to the diet my physicians have placed me on.

I use Goodman's Low Sodium Onion Soup and Mix as an overnight rub on cubed steak. Also when I cook a beef roast. Good flavor, not over powering but not bland.
I've ordered it twice and very happy with this.

It tasted very close to the “ regular” onion soup used for dip mix

Third ingredient is potassium chloride so it is not safe for those with Chronic Kidney Disease.

Added to 16oz of Sour Cream as suggested, and it made a fabulous dip for fresh cut veggies without the guilt. Yummy...

This is a good product if you are on a low sodium diet. But it is no Lipton onion soup. Happy it is available though!

This tastes very good

Finally can have the taste of onion soup mix, without all of the sodium. As strict as my heart diet is, this is great and tastes VERY good! I made a dip with a packet and an 8oz sour cream, so good with potato chips!

Our experience with the onion soup mix was very good! We put a beef roast with Mrs Dash’s table blend and a little bit of steak seasoning in a crockpot with the mix, carrots, celery, onions, etc. We’re watching our sodium intake so that onion soup mix was just what we were looking for! The roast was delicious!

Taste just like the high sodium product. Enjoying dip again.

This let us make onion dip to go with out salt free potato chips. I will buy this again. Also great seasoning for a roast.

I had been looking for low sodium options for my Turkey Meatloaf. It turned out very good. I will be ordering more of this product.
