These are almost as good as the ones with sodium, sugar, fat, etc. Great taste and texture.
The brownies were ok but even though I added oil, they were still quite dry. Apparently need quite a bit of oil. Need low sodium so have to make do.
I have made two batches of Butterscotch or Blondie Brownie mix to which I added bits of English toffee, one admixed, one sprinkled on top. I found the one batch with toffee mixed throughout was gooey and had to be baked about 50% longer, while the second batch had the normal baking time of 20-25 minutes. Both batches yielded brownies that IMO seemed more cake-like in texture, though I have little baking experience. I do like the reduced sugar and fat content.
Perfect. Great buy.
I added a small amount of Splenda made them better.
