Not bad, but not great, either. Why the egg as an ingredient? Only mustard I've ever seen that contains egg.

Great to add,zip to soups,stews and any dinner. A.little bit goes a long way. Taste sweet and tangy. Makes dishes just a hint of goody taste It will be a permanent staple in our pantry.

Received a 5oz jar in a Christmas gift package. Loved it and ordered 4 10 oz jars. Gave one away and the recipient loves it like I do. Sweet and tangy.

I really like the taste of this mustard. I would give it 5 stars, but out of five or six jars that I purchased, I had to throw two of them out because they weren't sealed properly.

Very satisfying on a sandwich!!

The label says "Sweet and Tangy" and that may be true, but it's mostly just hot. I tasted just a hint of sweetness, but couldn't really tell if it was tangy or not, because the heat of the horseradish was so overpowering. The flavour itself wasn't bad; it was just way too hot for me, and hotter than I expected, based on the product information.

If you like horseradish and hot sauces, you will probably love this. It's just not for me.

The main reason I knocked it down to 3 stars, isn't as much about the heat (which is just a personal preference) as it is about the fact that the label and product info don't even suggest that it might be this hot. Secondly, it doesn't list horseradish as an ingredient, but it clearly contains quite a bit of horseradish, based on the flavour. It's not just hot; it's specifically horseradish hot. Horseradish is a pretty unique flavour and clearly recognisable when it's present. Not sure why it's not listed in the ingredients.

Also, good stuff. I use mustard to add flavor to dishes I cook - it’s very flavorful.
