I know some people like the Rinaldi Spaghetti Sauce, but I had to add brown sugar and a lot of different spices to make it palatable. It is much easier and tastier to get Gia Russa Spaghetti Sauce. 1 star

Pasta sauce is always good. We had an issue with iur shipment being delayed due to severe cold weather. Jessica in customer service refunded my shipping cost AND overnighted a new shipment of sauce. We eventually received our original order however all jars were damaged. So glad she took the initiative to overnight us sauce. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Loose lid

When I received my box, one of the Rinaldi Pasta sauce lid was loose and sauce leaked out into the box on another product. Sent a text to company and have never heard back from them. Poor customer service. The sauce is very good when you need low sodium with kidney disease, but, better packing of your products, would be fantastic and better communcation with your customers.
