    I recommend this product

Good flavor, low salt if using low salt ingredients

Flavor was very good. Good level of spicing. I bought it to fit in with a low sodium, low fat diet. If made according to the recipe, with chicken stock, tomato purée, etc, it would be very high sodium. Be sure to use no salt added stock and purée and lower fat milk or half and half to make a very good tomato basil that meets low sodium/ low fat requirements.

    Love all the Frontier Soups!

I try almost all of these soups. Husband on Salt-free, Gluten-free so it is a challenge to buy the correct products. But Healthy Market is a GREAT source for both of these issues. I watch my own salt level, as well, and Frontier soups are the Best!
