I buy mines, from my food store they come in 8/count packets. They are great I already use in my homemade tomato soups my stews my vegetable stews I make from scratch..I highly recommend them. You don't miss the salt way better for your body.

My husband is on a low sodium diet and I make quite a few soups..but was finding that a lot of products which are labelled” low sodium “still have a significant amount of it in them which kind of defeats the purpose. This is the only product I have found which truly is sodium free..and has good taste. Also, the packaging is convenient.

Nothing tastes like real salt, but I've found nothing else that comes closer. I use this as a salt-free alternative to seasoned salt.
