What you will need:
  • 1 packet McCormick Salt Free Taco Business Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 lb ground beef or plant-based ground protein
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 12 - (6 inch) tortillas, warmed
  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium- high heat. Add beef or plant-based protein; cook and stir about 6-8 minutes or until cooked through (Internal temperature reaches 165 degrees)
  2. Stir in seasoning mix and water
  3. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon into warm tortillas. Serve with desired toppings

Tab's Tips: Substitute 5 cups cut-up veggies in place of the beef or plant-based ground protein. Use a combo of bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, corn & cauliflower. Prepare as directed, cooking until tender-crisp.
