This was very good. I prepared it with chicken breast and brown rice to keep it low cal and low sodium, very tasty!
This is our go-to meal on busy nights. We use low-salt soy sauce in the preparation to keep the sodium really low. It's better than take-out!
It was easy to use. Only change was I used ms dash salt free teriyaki sauce. Taste great
My husband has recently had to go on a low sodium low potassium diet. We are new to the search for low sodium products. This website is wonderful. We love the Mongolian Beef seasoning. We made it using coconut amino instead of soy sauce. You don’t feel like you are eating low sodium. I made a second order from Healthy Heart and ordered more of this seasoning. I order the Phad Thai seasoning too. We haven’t tried it yet. I hope it is as good as the Mongolian Beef.
Tried this for the first time a few weeks ago and we loved it so had to buy it again. The "no sodium" part is why we tried it; well worth it.
