To be honest I couldn't tell any difference between the mild and medium. Usually I can tell difference between mild and medium salsa
Think medium has just a little more flavor than the mild

Very tasty even without salt. I am a bit of a wimp when it comes to heat, but the medium has the tiniest kick which really boosts the flavor. Nice pieces of tomato, onions, etc. and not too watery. Happy with this purchase and will buy again.

Surprisingly I didn't even miss the salt. I highly recommend if someone likes salsa but has to watch their sodium intake. Not overly spicy but it has a little kick. Will definitely order again.
