Lightly Salted Rice Cakes - I'm addicted

I love these rice cakes! Have to say it's my new addiction. I love them just by themselves and eat right out of the package. I used to like the different variety of flavors, but found these are perfect and the others have too much flavor. Currently they are about $3.50 each on Amazon and local stores $3.50-$5.00. Wish I could get a multiple quantity discount!

When craving a savory snack these will hit the spot, but a little bland on their own. Would recommend hummus or spread of choice to help spice it up a bit, but the calorie and Sodium count for what you get can't really be beat.

Rice cakes are now where to be found in the Supermarket right now. I found them on Healthy Heart Market and bought 12 packs. While they are a little more expensive, they arrive fresh and in tact.
