- 1 pkg. Riega Seasoning
- 1 cup orange Juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce --> Try Mrs. Taste Less Sodium Shoyu Soy Sauce!
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2lbs. Skirt or flank steak
Directions:
1. Combine orange juice, soy sauce, oil, and 1 pouch Riega Seasoning.
2. Marinate steak for 2-12 hours.
3. Grill or saute until desired temperature, slice and enjoy
