    Easy Tuna Sandwich

I love canned tuna but it is typically pretty high in sodium. However, this tuna makes it pretty easy to enjoy a delicious tuna sandwich and stick to my low-sodium diet.

    skip jack tuna

ALERT I was just grocery shopping at my Kroger. I noticed they are carrying this product, but the sodium is 220mg. Identical packaging Something to watch out for!

    Tuna

This was a good find. I haven't had canned tuna in years. If I don't have any dinner left overs for lunch, I'll grab a can and make a salad
