I have used this for years and love it but the packaging used to say no MSG and I can’t find it anywhere on the packaging now . It shows in your description on the site but I’ve been informed that any time it says spices that means it includes MSG. please clarify.

I have used it several times and once used the resulting chili as a base for low-sodium nachos. Turned out great.

I was raised on this seasoning since 1950s. My mother only used this and I loved it. When we moved from Kansas City to Los Angeles, she had her friends mail us a batch all the time. So, for me, it’s the only chili seasoning. It’s got a little kick but not too spicy. I can’t handle spicy food so this is perfect! Not bland but not too hot and spicy. I was so happy that it’s still made and I can get it online here. Thank you!!

I liked it but my wife did not. Not as tasty as some other chili mixes, and a little spicy, but it is salt-free.

Very good seasoning. I use this with the salt free beans in mild chili sauce. Francesco Rinaldi salt free tomato pasta sauce and the rest of ingredients as you like it. Makes a good chili.

One of the problems with low sodium is no taste. This was a great example of what can be done if a company doesnt use salt to cover up bad flavor but instead focuses on the core spices.

It was great, couldn’t tell the difference from any other I have had.

Williams Original Chili Seasoning is very good if you like your chili a bit spicy. My chili was vegan. I suspect if you are using meat, it would not be quite so hot. Overall, it is very good and certainly easy to use.

i love this product . I noticed that on some of your other products you don't have salt (Thank God)but you will add sugar.. Can you try to offer more products without salt and sugar as well ?

You can definitely tell there is no sodium in this Chili seasoning; but it is good. I suggest only using 1/2 the packet for only 1 pound of ground meat. I added some extra garlic and cumin to it. I have ordered it twice and am pleased it.

A very good seasoning for a low salt chili. I have used with both turkey and chili.

Just used the Williams Chili mix for the first time last night and enjoyed it. Because I have to watch sodium closely I used sodium free everything in it, so it is a bit bland but still had good heat! Using low sodium rather than no sodium tomato sauce and beans would make it even better. A dollop of sour cream and a sprinkling of cheese helped a lot!

Very little flavor. Next time I’ll add chilli powder. Was dissapointed.

It was pretty good. I'll buy again when the weather cools down.

The chili package arrived too late in the season for chili but I plan to use it this fall. It will be interesting to see how it compares with my homemade version of chili made with ground turkey.
